What should I do if my product is damaged?
When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If you discover that your item(s) are damaged after unpacking, please send photos of the damage along with your order number to support@ironwoodoutdoorliving.com. We’ll promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within 1-2 businesses days.
