Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped through third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided during checkout is accurate to streamline this process.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify we’ve received your order and approved your payment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number and a link to track its progress.

Address Changes

Cancellations
