Refund and Returns Policy
Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ironwoodoutdoorliving.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For items that are incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
For all other reasons, including buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Returning Products
Products must be returned by mail only.
Return Label
For defective or damaged items, contact us to receive a return label via email. You can download and print the label for use.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@ironwoodoutdoorliving.com.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
